Transdermal estradiol works. The patch it comes on hasn't been redesigned in decades — beige, curling, unmistakably clinical. Le Patch is a considered version of an object that millions of women wear on their body every week, for years.
Why now
In November 2025 the FDA began removing the boxed warnings that drove hormone therapy off a cliff two decades ago. The largest constraint on prescribing was lifted. Demand is returning to a category whose products nobody has touched since.
What we're making
A branded transdermal patch, co-developed with an approved manufacturer — same molecule, better adhesive, a smaller footprint, and a form nobody has bothered to design.
